Terms and Conditions

Your use of this site and/or our services is conditioned upon acceptance of these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

By using this site and/or our services, you agree to review these terms and conditions periodically for updates.

Your Bullseye Coaching is prepaid each month and includes 4 weekly coaching sessions via phone plus unlimited email followup.  Payment is due by your renewal date each month, which can be determined by your original sign-up date according to the chart below.

Sign-Up Date: 1st - 8th = Renewal Date: 1st
Sign-Up Date: 9th - 24th = Renewal Date: 15th
Sign-Up Date: 25th - 31st = Renewal Date: 1st

Example: If you originally signed up for service on the 4th, your renewal date (aka payment due date) will be the 1st of each month.

You will be invoiced via Paypal on or around the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on your renewal date. 

Please provide 48 hours' notice if you do not plan to continue your coaching program.  Alternately, if you are an ongoing client and would like to cancel your program, simply disregard your next invoice, and your program will not be renewed on your renewal date.

Sounding Board/Power Hour Program Terms

Payment is due at the time your appointment is scheduled and will be invoiced via PayPal.  The Power Hour includes a one-hour sounding board session with a written followup report within 2 business days.  You may cancel your program up to 48 hours prior to your initial Sounding Session call with a 100% refund.  There are no refunds beyond this point, though you can reschedule with no penalty.  All refund requests must be made in writing by emailing info [at] delegatenow [dot] com.
